How do I make a booking?
You can book directly through our website, call our front desk, or visit our hotel in person. Advance payment of 50% is required to confirm the reservation.
What are the payment options?
We accept UPI, cash, debit/credit cards, and online transfers (NEFT). Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to the event or stay.
What are the check-in and check-out timings?
Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellations made 15+ days before check-in are free. Within 15 days of check-in, no cancellations/refunds are allowed.
Is food included in the room charges?
Breakfast may be included in select packages. Other meals can be ordered from our in-house restaurant at additional cost.
