Booking & Payment
- Advance: 50% of total fee is required to confirm your booking.
- Remaining amount must be paid at least 30 days prior to the event date.
- If 100% payment is not received 30 days before the event, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund.
- A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 must be submitted 15 days before the event.
- Applicable taxes will be charged as per government norms.
- Bookings follow a first-come, first-served basis.
- Confirmation receipt will be issued after advance payment.
- Accepted payment modes: Cash, Bank Transfer (NEFT), UPI.
Facilities
- Banquet Timings: 11:00 AM to 10:00 AM (next day). Extra hours are chargeable.
- Electricity, generator, and cleaning charges are included.
- Banquet AC runs for 6 hours. ₹1000/hour for additional hours.
- Room AC usage is limited to 6 hours.
- Client must inspect and return the premises in original condition.
- Client is responsible for any damage to property or equipment.
- Repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Management is not liable for mishaps, thefts, or natural disasters.
- Music allowed only between 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- Client must arrange licenses for DJ/Orchestra/music, and present to the hotel at least 3 days prior.
- Smoking, paan, gutkha, and tobacco are prohibited. Fine: ₹1000 for violations.
- Entry restrictions may be enforced by hotel staff.
- No pets, animals, weapons, fireworks, or live counters allowed inside.
Cancellation & Date Alteration
- Changing the event date may incur extra charges and tax.
- Advance booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
Additional Services
- All décor, floral, lighting, and AV services must be booked via in-house vendors.
- Outside catering is not permitted.
- The client is responsible for damages caused by any outside vendor.
